Job Location: HyderabadJob Type:Permanent Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage daily HR operations to ensure efficient and effective HR services.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Operations, Payroll, and Employee Engagement.
Experience in the Facility Management, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Telecom Infrastructure, or Telecom Engineering industries would be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
