Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Finance Transformation Program Office Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Transformation Program Office Lead to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving the transformation of our finance function through the implementation of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, project management, stakeholder management, and good exposure to AI technologies.
Responsibilities:
. Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of AI & Non-AI transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, finance teams, and IT to align AI initiatives with business objectives and ensure successful adoption.
. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new AI tools and processes.
. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
. Technology and Process Optimization: Oversee the integration of new technologies into finance processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects.
. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
. Education: Bachelor&rsquos degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master&rsquos degree or relevant certification is a plus.
. Experience: Relevant years of experience in finance, with good amount of experience in a leadership role managing transformation projects.
. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in finance. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
. Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies in a large organization.
Preferred qualifications
. Relevant years of experience in driving transformation in HR or enterprise level function or Tech implementation for a medium/large organization
. In-depth understanding of ERP systems will be preferred, particularly related to HR will be added advantage
