Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President -Digital Solutions Consultant for Banking - LDT
In this role, applicant will be responsible for the effective embedment of digital solutions that enable Genpact BCM to deliver meaningful business value and solve for pain-points whilst ensuring the long-term sustainability for our customers.
The role entails articulation and creation of optimal, enterprise solutions that require the candidate to demonstrate significant skill across the full solution lifecycle , including banking domain, enterprise architecture, system integration, data modeling, design thinking, as well as project management and delivery.
The applicant will be comfortable working with customer business teams to understand the key drivers of transformation, helping redesign customer Journeys across products and process & technology roadmaps to deliver solutions where digital technologies can be deployed and integrated with existing customer journeys to generate business impact for our clients.


Responsibilities
. Redesign Customers Journey across data and technology layers for smooth customer experience
. Responsible for interfacing with business to understand the As IS Journeys and redesign customer Journeys and create and overall roadmap to deliver value to our clients
. Identify and solve for customer and industry pain points
. build tailor made, technology driven solutions for digitizing onboarding and servicing customer Journeys
. to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should understand how process, technology, analytics and AI can be leveraged to address client needs
. Interact with analysts and establish Best In Class Solutions driven through operations insights
. Work with the Internal teams by collaborating and staying ahead of the curve when it comes deadlines.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. MBA / Degree in Computer Science / Technology or equivalent professional certification
. Program or project management certification
. Software deployment or development certification
. Prior solutioning and consulting experience in Banking Domain



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Relevant years immersive Banking industry experience.
. Hands on experience of redesigning Customer Journeys, Data Journeys across products for originations and servicing portfolios.
. Able to demonstrate an understanding of the emerging digital technologies and trends across Banking Transformation
. Able to demonstrate knowledge in Enterprise systems from vendors like SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft, Industry specific applications like Guidewire, Sequel, Sapiens, Legacy IBM/CSC/PMSC mainframe. Orchestration and automation vendors like Pega, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IBM Business Automation Workflow/Blue works, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, Work fusion
. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
. Strong Presentation skills
. Consultative selling expertise
. Business analysis or consulting background
. Ability to understand the key drivers of transformation for business systems & users, and based on these drivers, architect and implement technology-driven solutions to clients/ business
. Project Management Skills
