Job Summary :
Voluntary Top Up
1.Business Development of Large MNC & Indian Company
2.Empanelment with calendarizing launch for voluntary policies
3.Driving enrolment through HR of the organisation
4.Managing relationship with Brokers to generate lead
Digital Credit Life
5.Manage relationship with Digital partner
6.Onboarding of the relationship
7.Driving issuance with broker
8.Tech Integration to be key focus with all these partners
Team Management
9.Lead a team of Executive & Sr. Executives to start with
10.Increase in team size on scaling up business through digital partner & Voluntary
Key Responsibilities:
1.Source new business for Voluntary Top-up
2.Driving higher participation with help of marketing & analytics
3.Manage broker relationship for on-boarding broker driven account
4.Track renewal persistency
5.Drive Voluntary proposition through AIA & Zurich account
6.Manager relationship with Digital CL partner
7.Coordinate with Ops for issuance for both voluntary and Digital Partners
8.Coordinate with actuarial team for pricing and underwriting support.
