Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Team Leader for our Sales team with a focus on Edutech solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Edutech sales handling team, including lead generation and conversion.

Note: Candidates should have previous experience in an edtech company.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry research.
2) Sales Conversion: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with prospects and clients.
3) Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide guidance.
4) Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales metrics, performance, and pipeline progress to provide actionable insights and recommendations, collaborative environment to achieve team goals.
5) Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2) Experience: 1.5 years of experience in Edutech sales, including demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.
3) Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4) Leadership: Ability to mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive sales environment.
5) Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6) Technology: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
