• Roles & Responsibilities for Assistant Team Lead in Marketing:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across all digital channels and platforms.

Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Team Management: Build, manage, and coach a team of performance marketing managers.

• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team meets objectives and KPIs.

Performance Measurement:

• Measure performance marketing ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Budget Management:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing budgets across various digital channels.

SEO Growth Strategy:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of an effective SEO growth strategy.

Monitor and report on the progress of SEO initiatives.

• Revenue Targets:

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual online revenue targets.

• Implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing.

Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Skills for Assistant Team Lead in Marketing:

3 to 5 years of experience managing Saas, retention, SEO, and analytics.

• Candidates from E-commerce, D2C, EdTech, and Saas will be preferred.

2 years of experience in a team management role.

• Strong proficiency in data analytics.

Experience working with Google Analytics.
