Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Swim Coach at Bluewater Sports Academy in Pune. The Assistant Swim Coach will be responsible for day-to-day swim instruction, providing swimming lessons, and lifeguarding. The role will also involve working in aquatics and assisting with other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Swim Instruction, Swimming, and Swim Lessons skills
• Lifeguarding and Aquatics experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience in coaching or instructing swimming from beginner to intermediate levels
• A passion for swimming and coaching students of all age groups
