Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Supervisor at Believers. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with trainers and participants, assisting in program development, and ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in training program coordination and supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of business, marketing, or mental health fields
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Business)
- Certifications in training or supervisory roles are a plus
