Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Supervisor at BELIEVERS COMMUNITY. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and clean environment at client sites. The Assistant Supervisor will also be responsible for managing schedules, training new employees, and communicating with clients to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in the cleaning industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules
- Experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
