Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations, coordinating with the cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and addressing any customer concerns or issues. The Assistant Supervisor will also assist in staff training and development, scheduling, and managing inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry or a similar field
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in using cleaning equipment and tools
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
• Previous experience in staff training and development
• Familiarity with inventory management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
