Job Title: Studio Manager- Responsible to: Sales Head
The Studio Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of Advanced Hair Studio, overseeing all aspects of studio operations from revenue assurance to client service and overall establishment functions. Key responsibilities include revenue generation, team management, branding, marketing, business development initiatives at the geographic level, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in client service, team deliverables, sales/marketing, studio appearance upkeep, and financial control.- Demonstrate and foster a commitment to providing the best possible client experience by maintaining high company standards.
Resolve client-related issues in accordance with company operating guidelines.
- Maximize revenues and achieve monthly targets through effective management and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive sales activities and meet revenue objectives.- Recruit, train, and develop team members in technical, administrative, and managerial skills.
Motivate, mentor, and provide direction to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team members are well-informed about policies and procedures.
Hold regular meetings to communicate company updates, policy reviews, and goals to the team.- Manage studio operations as required, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of the studio.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections across all sections to maintain quality standards.- Develop and maintain a motivational work environment within the department.
Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and services offered.
