Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory management systems.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Stock Organization:
Organize and label stock to ensure easy retrieval and efficient storage.
  • Ensure items are stored correctly to prevent damage or deterioration.
Order Fulfillment:
  • Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or delivery.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of transactions, such as receipts and purchase orders.
  • Assist with generating reports on inventory levels and stock movements.
Customer Service:
  • Provide support to customers or clients regarding stock availability and order status.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to inventory or orders.
  • Health and Safety:
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable.
General Support:
  • Assist the storekeeper with various tasks as needed.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the storage area.

Job Type: Full-time

Education:
  • Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • total work: 3 years (Preferred)
