Key Responsibilities: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods.- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory management systems.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Organize and label stock to ensure easy retrieval and efficient storage.- Ensure items are stored correctly to prevent damage or deterioration.
Order Fulfillment:- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or delivery.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch.Administrative Tasks:
Maintain records of transactions, such as receipts and purchase orders.
- Assist with generating reports on inventory levels and stock movements.
Customer Service:
- Provide support to customers or clients regarding stock availability and order status.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to inventory or orders.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.- Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable.
General Support:- Assist the storekeeper with various tasks as needed.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the storage area.
