Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Store Manager at MGS Health & Wellness located in Solan. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and implementing store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality is must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required
