Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing the Stores for Cardlewise.
- Checking material inward and outward. Loading, unloading and counting of materials at the plant.
- Record keeping and documentation of the material inward and outward.
- Making all GRN entries in ERP
- Working with the Quality team to ensure QC is performed. Faulty parts are reported to the sourcing team for corrective action with the vendor.
- Sharing GRN register with accounts team
- Periodic reporting of stock inventory and end of month inventory count and reporting to Plant Head.
- Daily material consumption entries.
- Prepare and update stock sheet
- Periodical stock checking
- Issue material, supplies, tools, parts equipment to production department as per the written requisition
- Maintain minimum stock level
- Good co-ordination for proper work flow between various departments purchase/supply chain/logistics/production.
- Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked according to its specification and location and ensure its custody.
- Effective space utilization for inventory storage.
- Reporting daily & monthly MIS reports to the Group General Manager as well as Head Office on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.
Requirements
- Knowledge on material inwarding (PO order required)
- Knowledge on outwarding (stores should make sales invoice)
- Knowledge QC check
- Knowledge GRN
- Having defined store location
- Preparation Of MIS - GRN pending for PO (every morning)
- GRN print to be accounting department
- Inventory Control
- Issue of material to the production line as per Material Requisition Slip Publishing report with Min Max and reorder level
- MOQ / lead period / severity
Preferred Skills -
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet and Google Docs.
- High level of accuracy.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills
Educational Background & Experience -
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com is preferred with 6+ years of experience.
- Diploma in materials management or MBA in materials management
- 8 to 10 years exp
- Experience working with ERP preferably ERPNext, SAP, Orcale.
