Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fashion designer with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to join our core team. As an Assistant Trainer in Fashion Design, you will play a key role in creating educational content, conducting training sessions, and supporting learners as they develop industry-ready skills. This entrepreneurial role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and board, contributing to the growth of our EdTech and SkillTech platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to research and analyze regional and country-specific educational needs and trends to design tailored curriculums.
- Develop engaging and informative video content using multimedia tools and technologies.
- Design and implement hands-on practical exercises and projects focusing on skills such as pattern drafting, draping, 3D rendering, garment construction, and stitching.
- Demonstrate proficiency in garment stitching techniques, including sewing, seam finishing, hemming, and embellishment.
- Conduct interactive doubt-resolution sessions to address learner inquiries and clarify concepts.
- Organize and facilitate live virtual learning sessions, webinars, and workshops to supplement asynchronous learning.
- Assist in developing instructional materials and resources for fashion design courses.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into training sessions.
Who We Need
- 1-4 years of experience in fashion design (education or core design). Freshers with a strong drive to learn and grow are also welcome.
- Strong technical skills in pattern-making, draping, illustration, and digital software such as Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with learners.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and a curious mind.
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with audiences in virtual and live settings.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated to build relationships with team members and learners, driving the adoption of our products and services.
