Job Description

We want someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and is passionate about Service Management and their colleagues in the field. You will need to know that anything is possible and have a confident and positive outlook. Importantly, you must thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.

This position will suit someone with several years of service coordination and planning experience and who knows that service coordination involves the ability to occasionally deal with situations that may seem chaotic at times. You will require excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Interact with customers to define their requirements and needs
  • Adhere to Work Health and Safety guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure customers receive timely and effective support
  • Ensure suitable technicians are allocated.
  • Ensure all safe practices documentation is provided prior to the technicians site visit.
  • Minimise material costs, ensure materials required are requisitioned well in advance.
  • Ensure customers receive timely and effective support
  • Interact with customers to define their requirements and needs

You will participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and rapid response capability.
