Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: North/East/South Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities -

Identify leads and converts prospects into customers.

Calls leads to fix and manage site visits or set up meetings with the customers.

Attend to walk in clients, negotiation and deal closure.

Maintain daily reports.

Client engagement and maintain a healthy relationship with the customers.

Assisting them in queries related to properties.

Qualifications/Suitability

An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer facing/ Front-end roles.

Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
