Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of WeXL's key offerings and integrated solutions, and their impact on educational institutions.
Create and manage a sales pipeline, focusing on lead generation.
Understand the prospect's persona and requirements to effectively pitch solutions that align with their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations for educational institutions.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that create win-win partnerships, supporting WeXL's mission, and ensure a smooth handover to the Operations Team.
Maintain accurate and timely information in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, including competitive offerings and the aspirations of key stakeholders (school owners, teachers, parents, students).
Adhere strictly to the established sales process.
Essential Criteria:
MBA or Master's in Management Studies required.
Experience or knowledge in B2B, institutional, or corporate sales (solution sales) is a plus.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, collaboration, and account risk analysis skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market (company covers expenses per policy).
Exhibits honesty, integrity, a strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities; organized and efficient.
Capable of working independently or as an active team member.
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and driven.
Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take risks, proactive, and innovative.
