Description of Job Role and Responsibilities:
Asst. Sales Manager shall bebased in Vadodara/ Ahmedabad who shall be responsible for Sales of dehumidification systems, cilmate control systems for various applications.
This role includes supporting application engineer for primarily technical selection, finalize technical submittal, engineering solutions, prepare customised proposals and business development case studies for various composite applications.
Key emphasis will be on the ability to bring sales from customer based in Gujarat& MP, understand their requirements along with rapidly demonstrate how Munters solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals.
Handling business operations in areas of Northern India encompassing functional areas of sales & Marketing and services support with key emphasis on overall profitability of operations and reporting to the Area Sales Manager-West based at Mumbai office.
Driving business growth in Gujarat & MP India through identification & development of untapped market for business penetration for Munters Dehumidification & other solutions.
Conducting market research to analyze the latest market/competitors trends and fine-tune the selling strategyAnalyzing & mapping the requirements of the clients and offer a complete product catering to their needs.
Maintaining customer relationship and study complete utility process of customer and then offer feasible Techno Commercial solution.Cooperation with other Sales team members, Application Engineers, purchasing, production department and customers.
Develop and verify system, design of technical solutions for industrial customer.
Provides support to resolve problems that may arise during developing air conditions and makes modifications as needed to meet customer requirements Determination of technical requirement and solution Acts as a key role in improving processes and tools used within the department.
Other responsibilities shall be :- Lead and Grow the Air Treatment Division, Techno-commercial leadership for the Sales team.Develop and maintain relation with key clients/OEMs, Scan and analyse competitive scenario, Scan market needs, Identify and develop new product and application opportunities, Personality to inspire confidence in customers, consultants and overall team, Highest customer satisfaction, Effective financial control on the sales cycle.
Experience and Skills required:
Minimum of 4-5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Communication skills, Sales & Tecnical Presentation skills, Life cycle cost analysis.
Ability to time management and strong customer orientation4. Ability logical and analytical solving.
Key Personal Skills:
Microsoft Office 365, specially Powerpoint & Excel.Great problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work on projects demanding fast respnse.
Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple products through quotation processAbility to work with vendors, customers and employees.
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of Psychrometry, Moisture Load Calculation, Heat Load Calculations, Air Properties, Dehumidification Systems, Dessicant wheel based Systems, Mositure removal processes, Design & Selection Softwares, Life Cycle Cost Calculations
Language Skills required:
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Gujarati
Academic Background:
MBA, BE/Btech Mechanical Engineering
Number of years of Professional Experience required:
4-5 years in Dehumidification Systems, Desiccant Wheel based units, Climate Control Systems, Air Treatment Concepts & HVAC Applications.
