Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager - PP+PA (New Locations)

About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in the manufacturing sector, focusing on PP (Production Planning) and PA (Process Automation) solutions for new locations. This role involves driving sales growth through strategic planning, client engagement, and solution-oriented selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets for PP and PA solutions in new locations.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Solution Consultation: Understand client requirements and propose customized PP and PA solutions to optimize production planning and process automation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers in prospective client organizations.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth in new locations.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA, B.Tech/B.E, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification with a focus on business or engineering.
- Experience: 3-15 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry with exposure to PP and PA solutions.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and strategic thinking.
- Technical knowledge or understanding of production planning and process automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
