Role Responsibilities
- Implementation of sales strategy and subsequently sales and marketing activity calendar.
- Deliver sales volume, NSV, product mix, and gross / net margins by keeping track of supply and demand,
changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor's activities.
- Drive sales operational requirements & reporting; following up on results versus targets.
- Actively undertake account management and development of existing customer base
- Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs.
In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor
activities and market intelligence.
- Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond.
- Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to
immediate manager for timely resolution
- Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior results
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/MBA with at least 10 Years experience in Spirits & Beverages Sales

- Knowledge of and experience in the alcobev industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
