Location: Hyderabad and Pune

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager / Manager for Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses thrive in our coworking spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calls, networking events, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct tours of the coworking space for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the operations and community management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the coworking, real estate, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
