Job Description

Job Summary:

The Assistant Sales Manager for our real estate company will play a crucial role in driving the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales and team management. This role requires a dynamic individual who can support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, training and motivating the sales team, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Contribute to the development of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Provide coaching and training to sales staff, ensuring continuous improvement in their performance and skills.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Sales Operations:

Assist in managing the daily operations of the sales department.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and contracts.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay informed about current industry trends and developments.

Analyze sales data to identify patterns, insights, and areas for improvement.

Provide actionable recommendations based on market and sales analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.

Experience with digital marketing and sales techniques.
