Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing and managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage current promoters places at different Hypermarkets & Pharmacies
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the health and beauty industry or FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
