Job Purpose: We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to oversee daily activities. The

person shall be responsible for handling international as well as local clients, understanding client's needs related to real-estate purchases.

Responsibilities:

Understanding client's needs related to real-estate purchases and suggest a good real estate project as per the need.

Handling international as well as local clients to solve their queries and also sell them projects

Ensuring Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different reputed Builders.

Manage and drive the Sales team

Maintaining Performance report of all the team members

Target Oriented.

Meeting Property Service Providers.

Team management.

Requisite Skills:

Very Good English Communication.

Go getting Attitude.

Self-Motivated.

Ability to meet targets.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Relevant Experience:

3years of real estate sales experience
