About Oasis Tours:

Oasis Tours India Pvt Ltd is a leading travel agency based in Connaught Place, New Delhi, with 35+ years of experience. We provide expertise in coordinating corporate travel, business travel, and incentive tours and promoting several outbound activities and events for our B2B corporate clients.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a competent candidate for our Assistant Manager position for business travels. The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate business travel acquisition, signing of business travel contracts, and similar tasks with new corporate clients in Delhi NCR.

Promote and market Business travel services / Company's Online Portal to new corporates or niche markets in Delhi NCR and amplify company brand visibility.

Identify and target potential business travel clients to expand the company's portfolio.

Analyze market trends and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.

Strong understanding and expertise in business travel management.

Curate and execute strategies and collaborate with teams to promote and sell Business Travel services (international/domestic air ticketing, hotel accommodations, Visa, transport and Insurance, self-booking online portal, Forex services, and tour packages) to clients.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, credit policies etc and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Join team meetings, share updates, present a summary report for sales, and share it with the reporting manager/office at regular time intervals.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of corporate inquiries and business processes.

Deliver and exceed Monthly / Quarterly Business revenue performance and productivity.

Deal with business travel inquiries/ issues to meet their expectations.

Liaise (collaborate together) with business travel clients, including channel partners, and employees, to manage online portal bookings/ travel services

Having resources and a network in the MICE Business segment will be an advantage.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry

Any degree or diploma in tourism and hospitality management or related course

Strong leadership and team management skills

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

In-depth knowledge of corporate travel trends and best practices

Should possess digital literacy. They should know how to use digital mediums and be open to learning new technologies.

Travel planning: 2-3 years (Required)

New Delhi, Delhi (Required & Should have own vehicle)
