Assistant Sales Manager - Bangalore/Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the assigned territory.
- Travel to new locations to acquire new suppliers and monitor existing performance of existing
ones
- Coordinate with the sales/production team to align supply and demand and purchase rates
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 4-7 yrs in Sales in packaging/Manufacturing/food & Beverages
- Proven track record in business development or sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
