We are on look out for Assistant Sales Manager with an established real estate firm who are in to HI-end villas, Apartments, plots etc.
The basic and the most important step is to identify the need and want of the customers and effectively analysis the Problem of the client
To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
To constantly review Competitor performance and monitor their work, so that we can develop the win-win situation among all the customer.
To generate the Site visit report daily for professional follow up with Clients to make the booking.
Keep all the data regarding client details up to date with proper follow ups and co-ordinate with clients for booking process end to end.
Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules regulations in the Indian real estate market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Making available property data base of the area.
- Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personal visits.
We are looking for:
- Candidate should have 5 to 8 years good knowledge and experience in Direct Sales Closing in Real Estate. Should possess good communication skill
- Must know English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.
- Should have good convincing skill and understanding the client requirements
- Should have knowledge about competitor's details for our sales competition
- Should have know and act as per the role and responsibilities
- Experienced people living in Bangalore, In case of interest, pl share updated resume and Salary details.
