We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager Sales to develop sales for Epoxy, PU flooring, and Waterproofing products. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business by targeting channel partners, applicators, SWD and flooring contractors. Additionally, you will focus on developing sales in the repair segment. Your primary goal will be to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets in the assigned regions.

Chowgule Construction Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. specializes in waterproofing, concrete repair, floorings, anticorrosive coatings, sealants and adhesives, HDPE-based water distribution systems, waste water management systems and sewage treatment plants.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business in the assigned regions by reaching out to potential customers, including channel partners, applicators, SWD, and flooring contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, consultants, and project managers.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to educate customers on the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets on a regular basis.
- Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and emerging trends in Epoxy, PU flooring, and Waterproofing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in generating business in the Epoxy/PU Flooring and Waterproofing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of Epoxy, PU flooring, and Waterproofing products, applications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Any graduate degree is required. An MBA degree would be an added advantage
