Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clients for Site Visits.
- Building Client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.- Visit Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escort them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly.
Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
- Leads Hygiene provides proper feedback on leads assigned.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1-year experience within a Real Estate Consulting, Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management, or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
Experience in Residential Real Estate, Retail Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate would be a strong advantage.- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
