Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-8 years of experience in sales and should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate should have a passion for sales, be self-motivated and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals
• Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
• Prepare sales reports and present them to the Sales Manager
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and provide feedback to the Sales Manager

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 0-8 years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Ability to use CRM software and other sales tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English.
