Key Responsibilities:
o Work closely with the Manager's to execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets. o Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and leads.
o Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. o Collaborate with the team to provide valuable insights and support.
o Stay informed about market trends and real estate developments to offer informed advice to clients
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
