Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Kanpur. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives and establishing the company in the overseas market. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with sales inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
• Ability to understand and analyze market trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the import/export industry is a plus
