We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to support and lead our real estate sales team. The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure that sales goals are achieved in a fast-paced and competitive market. This role involves actively engaging with potential buyers, providing guidance to the sales team, and contributing to the growth and success of the companys real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Team Support:
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of sales staff.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation and closure of real estate transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service and addressing any concerns.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions.
- Provide insights on pricing strategies, sales tactics, and marketing initiatives to increase property sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Sales Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and results.
- Handle escalated client issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the sales department.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
