• Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager by overseeing the sales staff and developing and implementing strategies to contribute towards revenue growth. The assistant sales manager's responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales and effectively handling customer complaints. To be successful as an assistant sales manager, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that the sales team complies with company policies and guidelines while delivering responsibilities. Ultimately, a top-performing assistant sales manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

• Roles & Responsibilities:

• A candidate for this position should develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

The Asst Sales Manager should have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• He/She should work closely with the Design teams, marketing team, and Execution team to deliver interior fit-out projects.

He/she should Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring in a structure where there is a gap.

• A Candidate for this position should have exceptional leadership skills and be an approachable individual.

Should develop relationships with channel partners, architects, and interior designing firms, generate the leads for upcoming commercial fit-outs, and individually drive them to closures.

• Experience in real estate sales in interior companies is added advantage.

• Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• He must be a self-motivator to take up challenges to meet corporate goals.

Must possess interpersonal skills, self-motivated, ability to handle the team, and should have worked within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

• Must have experience in handling teams in a cross-functional business environment

Must have good command on the Tamil language in addition to English

• Must have experience working in Interior design Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 600,
