Role and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and oversee the entire sales cycle from inquiry to customer satisfaction survey.
Coordinate between the sales and operations teams by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
Respond to customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support as requested.
- Store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically, and present reports.
Accurately and promptly handle the processing of all orders.- Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues.
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of samples.
This is a crucial role that involves interacting with customers both in person and through electronic communication.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales; experience in Institutional Sales is preferred. Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles will be considered a plus.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office. Well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly dedicated individual.- Graduate degree in Arts or Commerce.
