Job Purpose
This position is responsible for sales and marketing of our resort/s to achieve optimal occupancy, maximizing revenue, and meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Business Performance
Meet sales and marketing budget
Fully responsible of accounts under assigned to him / her
Up-sell, cross-sell and promote resort facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
Actively participates in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings
Update General Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads
Profile
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school
Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with reputed hospitality brands
High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of markets and business acumen
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
