Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sales plans with a focus on solution selling in the controls/BMS or HVAC sector.
- Responsible for handling the complete business in the Gujarat region, which can be based either in Ahmedabad or Baroda, to handle channel partner as well as direct customer business.
- Responsible for handling current channel partner business and adding new ones to expand the channel partner network in the region.
- Any relevant product or solution sales experience in either of BMS, IBMS, Fire, Security or HVAC segment would be good.
- Complete ownership of the business from enquiry to revenue and timely collection.
- Achieve the assigned yearly Sales targets (e.g. Order intake and sales revenue) with a say-to-do ratio of 95% month-on-month.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of controls/BMS and HVAC systems to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our controls/BMS or HVAC solutions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide technical support to clients and address inquiries related to the offered solutions.
- stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and areas for business expansion.
- Take ownership of the Gujarat region and drive sales initiatives to achieve targets.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputed university.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in hardcore sales of controls/BMS or HVAC products.
- Exceptional in handling channel partner and new channel partner development experience along with direct enterprise sales.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a proven track record in solution selling of controls/BMS or HVAC Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives in the regions of Gujarat. This role is specifically tailored for hardcore Sales Engineers with a focus on pure sales, excluding experience in Sales Support or Project Sales.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), and HVAC products.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
