Key Responsibilities_:

Assist the sales team by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and following up with potential clients to help meet sales targets.

Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services.

Manage customer communications across email, phone, and in-person interactions, providing product information and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

Organize sales documentation, ensuring that contracts, invoices, and other important paperwork are properly stored and accessible.

Manage store appearance, visual merchandising, and stock upkeep. Coordinate with the mall when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills: _
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred,
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role or a similar position is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing top-tier service.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Well-organized with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
