This role involves assisting in sales operations, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions. • Support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders as per customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and update customer information in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams to check product availability.
• Track order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
