Assistant Revenue Manager

Job Description:

As an Assistant Revenue Manager at Retvens, you will play a vital role in managing the revenue and profitability of our clients. Working closely with the Revenue Manager and other departments, you will assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize revenue generation. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

2. Manage pricing and inventory to optimize revenue across channels and segments.

3. Oversee distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts.

4. Analyze demand and market trends to identify revenue optimization opportunities.

5. Prepare reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

7. Assist in implementing and maintaining revenue management systems and technology.
