Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant RelationshipManager to act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication and task completion, managing document collection, handling payment follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records. The Manager will also focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, seeking referrals, and addressing client queries promptly to drive business development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and facilitating smooth communication with internal departments.
Assist clients in coordinating with technical and other internal teams to ensure efficient task completion.
Document Management:
Collect all required documents from clients for internal teams.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation.
Payment Follow-Up:
Manage and track payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Address any payment-related issues or queries from clients.
Daily Reporting:
Prepare and deliver daily reports on task statuses, client interactions, and project updates.
Maintain accurate records of all tasks, their statuses, and pendencies.
Email Communication:
Handle email communication with clients, providing updates, responding to inquiries, and ensuring clear and effective correspondence.
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct regular meetings with clients to strengthen and maintain healthy relationships.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Upselling and Business Development:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
Seek referrals from current clients to generate new business and expand the client base.
Query Resolution:
Respond to and resolve client queries on priority to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
