Role Description[Budget - Upto 4LPA+Incentives]
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager Recruitment. The Assistant Manager Recruitment will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and candidate experience. This role will be located in Lucknow with flexibility between remote and office work.[ 80% Remote 20% Office When Required]
KRA for The Role
Team Training: Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and keep them updated with industry trends.
Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present recruitment reports using Excel, providing
insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Problem Solver: Identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop effective solutions to address them promptly.
