As an Assistant Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting the talent acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates to support our company's rapid growth. Key Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: As an Assistant Recruiter, you will be tasked with sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. You will coordinate and participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing Candidates: You will assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Additionally, you will help facilitate the interview process and gather feedback from hiring managers and interviewers.
- Coordinating and Administering Assessments: You will be responsible for coordinating and administering assessments and other pre-employment tests to potential candidates. This will help ensure that we are hiring individuals who are the best fit for our company culture and values.
- Onboarding and Orientation: As part of the talent acquisition team, you will work closely with the HR department to help facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires. This may include preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Maintaining Candidate Database: You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the candidate database, keeping track of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
