Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant at Randhwa Overseas located in Ludhiana. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files. You will also assist with various tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
