Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
- Ensure availability of material on time and daily monitoring of required printing process material.
Core Functional
- Follows SOPs and protocols such as vendor evaluation, commercial terms etc.; floats enquiries and examines quotes for technical and commercial viability for different items in order to buy material at competitive price.
- Monitoring and controlling the printing process related material and ensuring sufficient inventory.
- Following up with the vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of the material.
- Evaluating the vendor rating through SAP on Quarterly basis.
- Participate in various internal/ customer audit.
- Internal Process
- Maintaining weekly/fortnightly/monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS.
Key Result Areas
- Lead time analysis for materials.
- Vendor Quality improvement plans
- AMC & Service contracts on time execution.
- Negotiation of indirect procurement.

Educational And Experience Requirements
BE with 4-6 years of work eperience preferably in process Industry.
