Job Position: Associate Customer Experience Manager (ACEM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Customer Experience Manager (ACEM) to ensure smooth operations across multiple properties. You will monitor compliance with performance metrics, support stakeholder management, and assist in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations (housekeeping, food, maintenance) for 4-5 properties.
• Manage and motivate a team of caretakers and wardens.
• Ensure adherence to performance metrics and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Support projects aimed at improving efficiency and satisfaction.
• Facilitate team training and development.
• Handle operational escalations effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Prior experience in operations coordination preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
