Job Description
Purpose of role: To perform tasks relevant to MEP/ project requirement and support PM in overall project delivery of a major high rise residential project. Will also able support project lead in procurement and design management tasks as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination all stake holders like Client, Architects, services consultant, HSSE team and all contractors
- Generating reports (weekly, monthly) as client requirement
- Design management- review and comment on design information
- Able to conduct site and design coordination meetings ably
- Follow up with vendor for day-to-day activities
- Preparation and tracking schedule
- MEP installation, Quality audits, observations, follow up and closure
- Delivering the project as per agreed timeline and quality within budget
- Testing, Commissioning, handover
- Technical closure, de-snagging, transition to FM
- Good report writing skills
- Communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- B.E. / B. Tech - Electrical / Mechanical with 4-6 years of work experience, some experience managing high rise residential used projects
- Good communication skills
