nJob Description Summary

nThis role is responsible for the coordination between various stakeholders of the project and preparing management information reports. This includes working closely with the project head and other team members of the project.

nAbout the Role:n

  • Prepare various reports including daily, weekly, monthly project reports.
  • nProvide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • nAssist project managers in planning and executing construction projects.
  • nAssist in the coordination of permits, inspections, and approvals required for construction projects.
  • nMonitor project progress and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, permits, etc.
  • nCommunicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues, as necessary.
  • nConduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • nCoordinate and track project change orders, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • nWorking with the QS team to compile the cost reports and cash flows in the project. Monitor and report on project financial performance, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
  • nCompile all the checklist in the project.
  • nPrepare risk log and track the same in the project.
  • nFacilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • nAssist the project manager in the pre-construction phase and post-construction of the project.
  • nSupport project closeout activities, including compiling project documentation.

nAbout You:n

  • Postgraduate in Construction Management with Civil Engineering/B.Arch.
  • nExperience in Residential, Commercial Buildings, Hospitality or Healthcare projects.
  • nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills.
