The Role

The role requires independent management of consulting assignments, client engagement and necessitates

pro-active approach in project execution.

The Requirements

• Proposals for the Banks including analyzing Financial statements & Important ratios in CMA
• Prepare CMA with projections
• Discuss proposal with various stakeholders
• Prepare Project Reports for clients, and maintain documentation necessary for the proposal
• Work with various stakeholders on pitches, mandates and helping them with the required financial analysis and case studies on a request basis based on the market analysis/research
• Monthly, quarterly & yearly closing, analysis of reports and client reporting.
• Administer the entire gamut of tasks - researching, analyzing, and reconciling the portfolios with custodian data.
• Undertake market assessments (secondary & primary research) for consulting assignments
• Undertake site visits/inspections during project implementation
• Regularly engage with clients for consulting support
• Keep track of assignment activities and pro-actively initiate internal discussions to meet deadlines
• Attend conferences and seminars to represent the company

Experience required

3-5 years experience post MBA having exposure in market/ technical assessment, financial modeling and DPR preparation

Qualifications

Two-year full-time MBA/ PGDM (specialization in finance is preferred) from a reputed institute (graduation in B.Tech./ B.E. preferred)
